It would be great to add an option for participants and Insiders to include their pronouns.

Customization in Email (blogs and jobs filter)

I would like to be able to filter by job departments and location within the featured jobs section in an email campaign (similar to what you can do on a web page). It would also be extremely helpful to filter blogs by 'tags' within emails as well.
