An ARIA live region should be implemented to announce filter application and results updates.
When a filter is selected, the number of results and/or confirmation of filter application should be announced via an aria-live="polite" region.
The status message should include meaningful information such as "25 results found for selected filters" or "Filter applied: Category - Electronics".
