Our ATS is configured to auto-tag candidates based on application questions. Recruiters also have the ability to manually tag candidates as well. If that tag could be sent from the ATS to Clinch with the rest of their information, we'd be able to better sort, source, and market to specific candidate pools.

I'm happy to share that the ability to pull in applicant tags from the Workday ATS directly into Recruitment Marketing has now been added to the system.
As per the information on our release notes page on the Knowledge Portal, tags added to the candidate within Workday will now automatically flow through to the corresponding candidate record within Recruitment Marketing. New tags added in Recruitment Marketing, will not, however, be automatically reflected on the candidate's record in Workday.

Thanks for submitting this suggestion Steven.
Having reviewed the available APIs from Workday, it appears that the tag information recording against a candidate in the Workday ATS is not made available in the API in a usable way.
Unfortunately, this means at the present time this request isn't something with can proceed with further.
If the availability of this data should change in the future, this is something we can look to revisit.
