We find that a lot of candidates will ask questions that have already been answered, meaning that we end up with conversation threads that all answer the same question but in a separate place. The idea would be to be able to easily merge these threads and add the responses from one into the other (probably moving the responses from the least popular question into the most popular) and then removing the one that no longer has responses in it. This would tidy up the platform content and make sure all the threads that we have are of high quality and that the candidates only need to go to one place to find their answer.
