When searching for candidates in the CRM based on criteria, we'd like to see the results based on a percentage match, rather than it being either a match or not. For example, if we've selected 10 skills, the candidates at the top of the list would be a 100% match, and then as you go down you'd see the % match compared to our search. This would almost be like a Google search, where the most relevant result is at the top and then they get less relevant as you go down.

Allowing recruiters to better use the CRM for sourcing very specific roles that require certain skills. This would also mimic other CRMs and behaviour recruiters are used to in LinkedIn Recruiter, for example. |
