A predetermined list/bank of answers and call to action urls

To allow colleagues who are answering to be able to choose from a predetermined list of answers and links. The links would be a set of approved links that are often used to direct users to. Also if ever these links ever have to change, you would have the ability to retrospectively change them. Currently, a url change to a web page or a new email address cannot be updated for older answers. Furthermore, allow reporting on said links so we can report on how many users clicked on these links such as job alerts, create an account etc.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Quicker for colleagues to answer. Approve a set of urls. Manage changing key urls retrospectively if they change in any way. Report on ways we have sent traffic to our website or campaigns.

Not quite. This is when the question may be different. But the Call to action (email address or link) may be similar. Furthermore, there is an issue when these common call to actions change (the links change) and we cannot monitor or manage easily.

From this I am understanding that the core issue is that the question is the same and has an answer which has been created already.

We are hoping to help solve this in a slightly different manner. An insider will be able to merge a new question with an existing question. Therefore the answer will only need to be written once. This is currently planned on our 2025 roadmap.
