Ability to choose the banner image for a specific Live Chat

The ability to upload the banner image (or override the default) when setting up the Live Chat, so that the image is always relevant to the theme.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Currently, the live chat banner image is uploaded and is the same for all live chat events, which, for clients that run events on varied topics that target different groups, means that sometimes the banner image isn't very relevant. If a client has multiple chats scheduled, then it's hard to choose an image that accurately encompasses all Live Chat themes.

Our huge business hosts live chats to cover all of the difference areas, from Accessibility, to Early Careers, Black History Month, Supply Chain, Field Sales, Finance etc.
If we're focusing on BHM I don't want the corresponding image to be white colleagues. If I'm hosting a chat on Women in Supply Chain it's not fitting to have an image of men in sales. I get that it can carousel - but it doesn't continue to rotate once the candidate is on the page so it's pot luck if the image matches the subject without jarring. I'd love the option to be able to upload the relevant image to the live chat upon it's set up.
