Possibility to send messages to participants after Live Chats

I assume that due to GDPR, it's not recommended to send emails to Live Chat subscribers directly from our company emails. Please add a possibility to send messages to participants after Live Chats via the platform.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Allowing engagement with participants after the events

    Hi there, this idea is in the works. We often have customers download the attendees list and send out a follow up email themselves. We are working towards making this possible to do within our system. Thanks!
