Filter candidates by job alert selections

Candidates sign up for job alert subscriptions as a CTA, or as part of an application. Which job families and locations they're interested in become a data point within Clinch, but we're not able to reformat candidate lists using this information.

We can to be able to create lists of candidates based on the job family/location they create alerts for, so that we can send them additional content for nurturing and engagement.

This also allows us to proactively source from our lists of candidates that have demonstrated an interest in our organisation, rather than waiting for them to apply from an alert.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Create lists of candidates we can use for nurturing and engagement.

The ability to use job alerts selections in workflows now is great!

It would be great if we could go one step further and make these filterable in Lists as well - e.g. Job Alert subscription filter - "show me all candidates who have subscribed to a job alert where department = "IT"

    Thanks for the suggestion Callum.

The ability to filter candidates by the criteria they defined within their job alert subscription is not something that is currently included in our upcoming roadmap.

However, it is an excellent suggestion, and something that we'll consider adding to the roadmap for a future release.

I'll provide an update here at such time as we add it to the committed roadmap.
