Shared Phone Numbers for Candidates without Combining Profiles

shift the merging requirement to be if the phone number, email, and name matches then merge the two candidates rather than merging just based on phone number. This will be beneficial for any company that hires hourly workers that may share a phone number.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

The system is currently combining candidate profiles with the same phone numbers in a merging effort. The issue is that Travel and Leisure have a lot of candidates that live in households with shared phones. They have asked if we can shift the merging requirement to be if the phone number, email, and name matches then merge the two candidates rather than merging just based on phone number because this could be negatively impacting the candidate experience and combining candidates that are not the same person.
