Ability to permission access to candidates to different recruiters

Would like to have the ability to segment recruiter's access to talents by tags or other flagging mechanism. For example, would like to be able to grant access to a campus recruiter if a talent has expressed interests or signed up for job alerts specifically for that campus.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Currently, if a recruiter is given access to talents within Recruitment Marketing, they'll have access to all talents. However, we have 24 campuses/universities in one instance. In order to manage communciations to potential talents, giving everyone access to all talents is not feasible.

Thanks for submitting this suggestion Xiaodong.

At this point, there are no immediate plans within the product roadmap to implement more granular permissions to allow candidates to be segmented within a single Recruitment Marketing company, although we may consider this in future.

If there are immediate needs to separate candidates so they are only visible to a sub-set of your organisation, I would suggest speaking to the Customer Success team to discuss whether upgrading to our Multi-Company offering may be appropriate.
