Suppress any posting not associated with a requisition

We would like to suppress any postings picked up in the integration that are not associated with a requisition. This will allow candidates to only apply to active requisitions.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

We want to prevent any posting on the career site which is not tied to a requisition. We had a few postings picked up in the interface that were not associated with a requisition in Workday. The candidate was able to apply, but we could not action them in the ATS. We also want to prevent these postings from feeding to other downstream job boards.

I understand your Customer Success Manager is working with your team to understand if there's anything that can be done to mitigate this particular scenario with regards to the requisition being closed following the job posting being synchronised to Clinch.

As any solution is likely to be unique to your particular integration with the ATS, we will close this item for now, and your Customer Success Manager will continue to work with your team.

Thanks for taking the time to submit this suggestion Jennifer.

I'm going to ask your Customer Success Manager to follow up with your team there to get some further details on this, so we can assess the best approach.
