It would be nice to have the job number be a merge field for the emails sent when you invite someone to apply for a job. The job number will help the recipient of the email to apply to the correct job, in case the company has multiple jobs with the same title. The job number helps to differentiate

I certainly appreciate how this merge field could add value in the scenario described, and as such it is certainly something we can consider for the future.
I will discuss this with our engineering team to understand the potential technical complexity.
