Auto-populated drop down within a CTA

We need to allocate talent into the accurate "talent communities" via one comprehensive CTA with predictive drop downs based on candidate selection.

EXAMPLE:

I am interested in : {selects: Corporate functions}

Predictive drop down = I specialize in : {Legal / Marketing / HR...}

OR

I am interest in : { selects: Sales and Customer Service}

Predictive drop down = I specialize in : {Channel sales / Field Sales / Solution Architecture}

verse

one CTA for corporate functions, one CTA for Sales, etc.

This will help us align talent into our respective candidate personas via ONE CTA that can be placed on ALL landing pages.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Place talent community personas via ONE CTA that can be placed on ALL landing pages. This will reduce the number of CTAs and affiliated lists as we are seeking to obtain talent communities that are higher in quality vs. quantity.

    Thanks for taking the time to post this suggestion Courtney.

    As noted in our recent conversation, we don't have any current plans to change the existing behaviour of the CTAs within the near term.

    There's always a fine balancing act between introducing additional complexity into the front end of the system, whilst also ensuring that the candidate experience remains at the appropriate level.

    I certainly understand the rationale around this request, and it is noted for future consideration.
