Sending campaigns to non-openers

When you send a campaign, there are options to set up a sequence where you can add in delays and send workflow emails to the same group of people.

But it would be nice if we could segment the audience into those that opened the email and those that didn't. So we could send a follow-up email to the non-openers within a certain period of time, and send a different follow-up email to those that opened (presuming they might be more interested than those that ignored).

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Automating the email campaign process to follow up with those that opened vs. those that did not

    Thanks for also submitting this idea Kendall.

    We are currently undertaking some research around potential enhancements to the workflow functionality, and your suggestion aligns with feedback received from some other customers.

    Further technical and commercial investigation is needed to validate what might be possible within this space before we make a final decision on how to proceed, but I will provide further feedback here once a decision has been made.
