A better file upload system with folder creation would be ideal. The ability to view files such as .pdfs and determine their content-types to be able to open in a browser vs triggering a download. This would probablty help most clients with file uploads. Seeing a few other notes on the board with needing to include pdf files in emails. This would solve that issue.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We have the need to upload a quarterly file and need to keep the url the same. We'd like to have the ability to overwrite the current file and assign the content-type properties to it, ie, open the PDF in the web browser. |

Whilst we don't have immediate plans to add a dedicated file manager capability in the short term, we have recently completed some improvements to the "Hosted Files" functionality within the "Themes" area of the system.
Enhancements include:
improved detection of the uploaded file's content type
ability to delete an existing file, and upload a file of the same name
I believe your Customer Success Manager may already have spoken to you about these updates, but hopefully these improvements allow you to more easily achieve the updates to your files.
