Tag visibility and Filters for blog candidate experience

Add tag color options that can be coded based on the tag category for easy visual sorting paired with a filter search bar similar to what we have for job search that provides a list of custom tags to search by.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Toast is looking to add filters for blog tags on the front end of their site. They want to be able to color code all tags and have them show at the top of each blog. We have added the tag functionality but there is currently no way to alter tag color or sort by tag. I had discussed this idea with Steve Q and Damo and they had suggested that we build out a blog homepage similar to the job search page where the blogs are still in tile format but you are able to filter blogs by tags to find what is most relevant to you. They have a big focus on blogging and have been the trail blazer for a lot of the blog updates that we have implemented in the last 6 months. This is a huge part of their SEO strategy and one of the best ways to drive traffic to their site.

Hi Steve, Toast is asking about the timeline for this item. It is a high priority for them, and Noelle is willing to offer herself up as a guest speaker, participate in case studies, and assist with referrals in exchange for being able to prioritize this item. Can you please advise on what the timeline might look like for this and if we are able to prioritize this in exchange for raving customer recommendations/marketing materials?

Thanks for providing this feedback on behalf of your client Alyssa.

We are gather feedback for a potential future round of upgrades to the blogging functionality, so we've added these items to the list of features we will consider when we action those upgrades.

At the present time, we don't have a firm timeline on when the blogging upgrades will be developed, but we will provide a further update here in due course.
