We drive a fair amount of traffic from disruptive campaigns on social media, where the candidate may not be ready to apply on the spot. We would like to add the ability for the candidate to email individual jobs to themselves, so that:
they can apply later at a time and place convenient to them
we capture email/contact info into our database rather than losing the visitor completely
it could even lead to a follow up workflow which reminds the person to apply to the job that they emailed themselves

We have recently released new functionality to allow a "send me this job" CTA and workflow to be created.

Thanks for submitting this suggestion Dario.
Earlier this year we added the ability for clients to enable social sharing links on pages within the careers site, which provides the ability for a visitor to the site to email details of a job description to themselves.
Details of this enhancement can be found here.
However, I acknowledge that this functionality doesn't capture that candidate into the CRM, so there is scope for a potential future enhancement here.
