When candidates ask a question, it would be helpful to display suggestions of similar questions that have already been asked, encouraging the candidate to read those first before answering their question.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
This would avoid the number of duplicate questions the ambassadors receive, which currently leads to disengagement from the volunteers. It would also help focus on having fewer, high-quality conversations, rather than lots of individual threads on the same topic. |
