Subcategories in Job Search and CTAs

Automatic tagging by category works with a workflow. Tags help recruiters find interesting candidates faster. However, sometimes a category and its attributed tag is too broad capturing too many people.
Sub categories can be a further dropdown so that they are not always displayed (as sometimes there are too many that all candidates should not have to scroll through), but they allow for more specific tags to be applied.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Have more helpful tags as the current ones are not sufficient. E.g. A "developer" can be broken down in 10 ways and they will see those options, so those more specific tags is what the recruiters can search for
