CTA Conditional Logic

Implement conditional logic within CTAs based on a user-selected field (e.g., a dropdown menu labeled “Select Your Country”) for which PDF they will download.

Conditional Download: Once a country is selected, the PDF downloaded is relative to that country.

Example of a user-flow:

  1. User lands on the “Benefits” page of the careers site.

  2. They see a prompt: “Download a More Detailed Benefits Guide to See What (Company Name) Offers"

  3. They write in the fields their "Name," "Email," and from "Country", they select “Germany” from the dropdown.

  4. They click the "Download" button at the bottom of the CTA and the PDF they download is specifically Germany's Benefits.

*If they change the selection to “Canada,” the PDF they download updates accordingly (as all of the PDFs are in the backend and dependent on the chosen country).

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

To streamline the user experience and reduce visual clutter on the careers site, we would like to replace needing multiple CTAs with a download option on one page with a single, dynamic CTA that conditionally downloads the correct country-specific PDF based on user input.

As we work in different countries and have different information for the user depending on the country they would work in, one of our pages would need 8 different CTAs relatively close to each other which is redundant and overwhelming.
