We have a lot of adverts that have the same title, due to high volume recruitment, to which the difference is based on other information, such as business stream, location or hierarchy, etc.
When using the search omnibox on the jobs search page, e.g. search for Site Manager, any vacancy results should allow us to add extra information, e.g. Site Manager - Location X - Business Stream Y - Vacancy ID, to discern between different vacancies. Just displaying the job title is confusing, and a workaround of adding information to the advert title is not suitable & goes against advertising best practice. It would also be helpful if the results list was scrollable/bigger, as again, we can have a high number of adverts against one job title name.

I just wanted to make sure I properly understood the suggestion. I believe you are referring to this functionality within the system:
If I'm understanding correctly, you may, for example, have a number of "Fabric Engineer" roles available at any one time. So it would potentially be more beneficial to include other attributes of the job, such as the location, to more uniquely distinguish the job to the potential candidate. This would, of course, result in those jobs being displayed independently, as they would then be unqiue.
Can you confirm that my understanding of your suggestion is correct please?
