The ability to select specific data sets to create a personalised export, based on the data that is important to the customer. For example, being able to select which blog posts you'd like to export traffic data on, or being able to export the location data or gender data. Essentially, customers are looking for more flexibility when it comes to being able to export data from the reporting area in Clinch.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
A lot of customers use the Clinch reporting data to build their own dashboards, which they use to regularly report to the wider business on key KPIs. Being able to export the data that is important to them will speed up this reporting process, as it can often be very manual. |
We would love to be able to pick the blog post that we need for certain reports, instead of having the full list everytime. Sometimes we only need to know the performance of certain posts and sometimes of all posts that were published on certain dates. So to be able to have that, would be really important.
