When candidates complete a job alert they can select from multiple options, for example selecting a department or category to receive job alerts for. We would like the ability to view candidates in the grid, filtered by the department/category selected.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Being able to create lists of candidates based on the job alert category/department they select. That way we can send specific campaigns/newsletters to these lists based on category/department they selected. |
