Create the ability to search links when adding a link into an email.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Currently it shows all links to jobs/pages and isn't searchable. The ability to search would make it easier to find. |

Just to clarify my understanding of what is being proposed, can I please ask you to confirm if the following is correct.
Currently, when adding a link to an email, the following dialog is displayed:
The "Link list" dropdown field allows the user to select from a list of webpages, including currently advertised jobs, to make it easier to include those links into the email.
The suggestion, if I'm understanding correctly, is to enhance that dropdown list to support searching for items in the list, so it is easier to locate specific items without having to scroll through the entire list.
If you could please confirm, and add any other additional commentary.
