Adding a step to a workflow to go back to the previous step. For example if the step is to check if a job application status has been completed, create the if/else branch and if no, go back to check if the job application has been completed after a set delay.

Instead of building out large workflows with if/else branches have the option to go back to the previous step and check again if criteria is met to proceed to the yes branch. |
Hello, I do confirm that having the possibility to have workflows as cycles would make sense to us. It would allow the potential candidates to not see us vanish after X amount of time.
Hi Steve, to add to this, another customer has also requested a very similar feature, not necessarily going back to the previous step, but to be able to say go back to X step. This would create more of a cyclical setup for Workflows, allowing customers to nurture candidates on an ongoing basis.

I can see how this approach would help to visually simplify the flow of some of the more complex workflows that could be configured within the system.
Whilst we don't currently have any specific work planned which this enhancement could be incorporated into, I certainly understand the potential value to our customers, and as such, I will note it for future consideration.
