Allow custom definition of what “hidden” means, per company

* Allow custom definition of what “hidden” means, per company e.g.

[X] Allow hidden jobs on blocks

[X] Allow hidden jobs on job search

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

A company has internship roles that they do not want posted publicly. They want to exclude these jobs from the job search page but have then available on a hidden internship page that is only accessible when the link is shared. Right now, their WD integration is set to hide jobs that contain the title “intern” however when it is hidden then I cannot use it as a jobs criteria on the interns page. If I unhide the jobs, then they become visible on the job search page. What I have done as a work around is just manually listed and linked the internship jobs.

Thanks for posting this suggestion Alyssa.

It sounds like these jobs are probably not truly hidden jobs - which are jobs that are excluded from all searches and listings, and can only be accessed directly via the URL for the job.

This requirement is more about controlling which jobs are included within the search results, and that functionality already exists via job criteria filters.
