Display of % increase in subscriber growth & heatmap for emails

For our Talent Network Newsletters, we can benefit from having visibility into:

1. The trend of subscriber count - daily or monthly: We can use this as a supporting piece on career site conversion as a success metric.

2. The number of unsubscribed talents: We can look into which newsletter issue drives candidates away, and at what point they lose interest in applying to our company.

3. Heatmap: We can see which CTAs or buttons attract the most clicks to determine what piques our candidates' interest, so we can continue to showcase more of that.

Launching these features would help Clinch bring incredible value to customers wherein we trust the tool as a comprehensive analytics tool for all content pieces and candidate touchpoints. For real, this would make our reporting so much easier and I'd highly recommend Clinch to others when we have comprehensive newsletter analytics that includes the above! :)

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Not a process, but more for analytic/success metric purposes.

Thanks for taking the time to submit these suggestion Yenlyn.

We are currently undertaking a review of future capability in terms of reporting and analytics within the Clinch platform, and I've noted this suggestion for potential discussion.
