While we can currently filter by interaction score in the Candidate search screen it would also be beneficial to have a workflow trigger for interaction score. That way we can engage with the more engaged candidates automatically.

We will look into this suggestion in more detail as there would likely be a significant amount of nuance in the potential implementation of such a feature due to the dynamic nature of the interaction score.
