Experience Filter

A filter for experience to be able to define how much experience a candidate has.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

It would be nice to be able to see the experience (from the resume) as a filter option. This would allow us to easily filter by, for example, 3-5 years of experience very easily. Right now we have to review either the individual resumes or the career or linkedin sections of the individual profiles which is time consuming.

    Thanks for submitting this suggestion on behalf of your customer Lauren.

    I certainly see the value of being able to filter by years of experience, and I understand that reviewing this manually can be time consuming.

    To be able to deliver this as a filter, we would need to investigate how to reliably extract this information from the candidate's resume in a meaningful way. This is not a trivial task, as the recruiter will currently be making a judgement call on what is considered "relevant experience", and the system will have to automate that judgement call.

    I've noted this for consideration in future CRM enhancements.
