I certainly see the value of being able to filter by years of experience, and I understand that reviewing this manually can be time consuming.
To be able to deliver this as a filter, we would need to investigate how to reliably extract this information from the candidate's resume in a meaningful way. This is not a trivial task, as the recruiter will currently be making a judgement call on what is considered "relevant experience", and the system will have to automate that judgement call.
I've noted this for consideration in future CRM enhancements.
