Customize Default Clinch Email Domain

Allow Clinch customers to customize their default Clinch email domain.

E.g., instead of user-e65a8e09c91dc79cdac854bf73c74dd1@CUSTOMER.mail.clinchtalent.com

Allowing customeres to modify it to something like no-reply@CUSTOMER.mail.clinchtalent.com.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

We would like to be able to customize the default Clinch email domain that is used to send outreach to prospective and converted applicants. Today the default email comes off as spam-like with all sorts of numbers and letters. We would prefer to be able to modify that to look more authentic with all of the fishing going on in today's world.

Thanks for taking the time to submit this suggestion Steph.

As the Clinch / Recruitment Marketing product allows two way communication between candidates and recruiters, the format of the email address is specifically designed to allow incoming emails from candidates to be processed and routed to the correct recipients.

Allowing the email address to be customized would, therefore, unfortunately remvoe our ability to process the incoming emails. As such, we will not be looking to make such a change at this stage. We do, however, continually consider the how to maximize the deliverability of email, so will note your feedback for future consideration should we change the way the email processing is handled.
