Adding a filter that allows you to create Boolean string searches that will apply to profiles and resumes would give a lot more flexibility when sourcing the database.

We are currently investigating options to allow advanced user to perform more complex searches, such as boolean searches.
I don't have anything specific to share on this just yet, but will provide any appropriate updates here in due course.
