Email Translation

Add a translation option to the email builder allowing for all emails to be translated to the user's preferred language

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

For globally operating companies with multiple translation options on their site, there is currently no translation option for emails other than manual build out. We would love to see the option to translate things like job alerts, incomplete application, and talent community follow up emails based on the user's preferred language.

    PVH has asked for this as well as Bio-Rad.

    Additionally, Cal State has made inquiries around this area. They have a requirement that if the recruitment process is in Spanish, the entire process must be in Spanish so this would be a key requirement for adoption of languages on the RM site.

    Hi Steve,

    This has recently come up with other customers, particularly if a user is on the local language of a site and they complete a CTA, for their subsequent email communications to be sent in that language. There are a few countries where customers are active and it is a legal requirement that their whole recruitment process should be in the language the candidate has selected.

    Thanks for adding this suggestion on behalf of your customers Alyssa.

    Whilst there are no current plans to add additional support for automated translation of non-website content such as email communications, I have noted this for consideration in the future.
