Job template field for departments default to hidden

This would be helpful to catch new departments being added in and we could update the names on the backend. With the departments becoming invisible it would also be helpful to have filtering options to show the hidden/ visible department without having to click on each one. Lastly if we could include a column on the template field that could include the date the department was pulled in, for additional filtering options.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

We are trying to update the functionality to have the job template field for departments default to hidden when need departments would be added in.

Thanks for taking the time to submit this suggestions Jacqueline.

If I'm understanding correct, the request here is essentually to be able to review any new look-up data (such as Departments) which come into Recruitment Marketing from the ATS (in you case Workday) before those items are automatically published on the career site.

This would allow you to ensure that the data is appropriate for publication on your career site, and to make any appropiate amendments.

My question for you is assuming it was possible to default these items to hidden as has been suggested, how would you or your team know that a new item required your attention? Would you be aware of this via Workday, or would you ideally also need some kind of prompt from Recruitment Marketing to let you know that an item needed review?
