What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Thanks for taking the time to submit this suggestion Yazen.

We understand that there are scenarios were certain actions on the job within the Workday ATS cause the job to be re-posted, creating a new posting record, which results in the creation of a new job within Clinch, rather than the existing posting being updated. The impact of this is primarily the fact that candidates will on occasion hit dead links as a result.

Whilst this scenario is not trivial to resolve, we are giving consideration as to how Clinch may work around the impact of the behaviour which is triggered by the ATS change.

Will advise of any progress here.
