    Assign a question to multiple Insiders during a Live Chat

    Mirror the behaviour on the main platform where, when a candidate asks a question, it suggests similar questions that have already been asked that they might want to read first before submitting the same question again.

    Insider summary on Live Chat Insider Profile

    Add a short "summary" option to Live Chat Insiders' profile, where the Insider can put a short summary of who they are and their role, without still needing to complete the entire profile of a full Insider.

    Override Country job filter dropdown names

    Customers would like to be able to override the standard country names to their own chosen country names. For example, Taiwan is listed as a country, however, customers would like the flexibility to add a suffix such as (China), if required.

    Select All and Add to project

    Currently, if you run a search that returns multiple pages of results, you can only add them to a project one page at a time. I am requesting the ability to select all and add them to a project similar to the way you can select all and add to a list.

    Mass Remove People from Lists

    Currently, in order to remove people from a list, it has to be done on an individual basis. It would be helpful to have the ability to select multiple profiles and remove from the list in bulk.
